Edward “Eddy” J. Johnston

Edward “Eddy” James Johnston, 32, a resident of Fort Myers Beach, FL, for the past three years, formerly of Sea Isle City, NJ, passed away Monday, December 11, 2017. He was born May 19, 1985, in Somers Point, NJ.

Eddy was a graduate of Ocean City High School & Williamson Trade School. He most recently worked for the Florida Green Team.

Eddy loved and worked hard. He had a huge heart, was loved by many, & always gave his best effort to help anyone in need. He gave meaning through actions more than with words. He loved to work with his hands & would fix anything for anyone. Eddy loved the outdoors, especially fishing & kayaking.

He is survived by his loving mother, Noreen Johnston of Fort Myers Beach; loving father, Edward R. Johnston of Goshen, NJ; loving brother, Paul R. Johnston of Wilmington, NC; as well as many friends and family members.
