Jennifer Lee Gallagher

Jennifer Lee Gallagher, 65, a Cape Coral resident for the past 3 years, formerly of Indianapolis, IN, passed away on December 26, 2014. She was born on May 17, 1949 in Indianapolis, IN.

Jennifer was a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church in Speedway, IN. She will be remembered as an extremely caring and loving grandmother, mother, sister, daughter, and once-in-a-lifetime friend. Her friends and family were her world. She made her grandsons her top priority in life. Her vivacious zest for life created many family members throughout her journey…yes, family, not just friends. Although she will be sadly missed she managed to create an eternity’s worth of memories for everyone to cherish and remember.

She is survived by her loving mother, Velma Lee Hite of Indianapolis, IN; daughter, Heather Dinkel (Josh) of Cape Coral, FL; brother, Jack Thomas Gallagher (Charlotte) of Louisville, KY and sister, Elizabeth Anne Gallagher of Indianapolis, IN; grandchildren, Canyon Thomas Dinkel and Jensen Joshua Dinkel; as well as Bear Hite, the family dog.

Jennifer was preceded in death by her father, Jack Thomas Gallagher.

A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Christ The King Catholic Church, 1827 Kessler Blvd, East Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46220.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Florida at a later date.
