Palma G. Paola

Palma Paola, 92, of Portsmouth, NH, died Saturday March 24, 2018, in Cape Coral, FL. She was born on February 9, 1926 in Lexington, MA, to Marco and Mary Giampa, now deceased. She was the second oldest of eight brothers and sisters.

Palma was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church of Portsmouth, NH. She worked for Yoken’s Restaurant for over 32 years, with many of her family members and friends. Palma spent the winter months in Florida with her daughter Phyllis and son-in-law, Norman Moore. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, who will forever be remembered for her love of everyone, honesty, and humor.

Palma was married for twenty-nine years to her husband Edward J. Paola, who passed on June 25, 1975. She is survived by her daughter Phyllis Moore (the late Norman Moore) of Cape Coral, FL; son David Paola, of Portsmouth, NH; five grandchildren, Norman Moore (Amy), Daniel Moore (Sheila), Michael Paola, Travis Paola (Alicia), and Alyssa Paola; seven great grandchildren, Nicholas Moore, Miranda Moore, Andrew Moore, Samantha Moore, Jason Moore, Isabella Paola, and Jaxson Paola.

Visiting hours at Farrell Funeral Home will be on Monday April 2, 2018 from 4:00-7:00 PM. Memorial services will be held at Immaculate Conception Church, 98 Summer St, Portsmouth, NH 03801, on Tuesday April 3, 2018 at 10:00 AM.
