Sandra L. Sarge
Sandra Lynn Sarge, 72, a resident of Cape Coral, FL since 1974, formerly of Hamburg, PA, passed away Sunday, July 1, 2018 in Cape Coral. She was born February 10, 1946 in Reading, PA.
Sandy was a member of The Vineyard Church in Cape Coral. She was a long-time resident of Pine Island and lived on Burgess Island for many years. On Burgess Island her and her husband served as care takers. She also worked at Pine Island Elementary, The Grab Bag, The Crab Shack and Matlacha Bait Shop. She served as a volunteer firefighter for the Pine Island Fire Department. She loved anything with cows and enjoyed watching major league baseball. She was an avid dancer of 50’s and 60’s music. She will be greatly missed by her friends and family.
She is survived by five loving children, Christine Meyers (John) of Cape Coral, Buddy Sarge of Cape Coral, Ricky Sarge (Alicia) of Cape Coral, Deanna Benson of Cape Coral, and Candy Sarge (lifetime partner, Jason Hickin), of Cape Coral; sister, Dawn Moyer (Donnie) of PA; thirteen grandchildren, Sean (Allyson), Taylor, Lindsey, Brian, Savannah, Ryan, Cody, Josh, Kimberly, Lane, Gage, Bryan, and John; as well as three great grandchildren, Victorya, Chrystian, and Kaden.
Memorial Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Sunday July 8th, 2018 at The Vineyard Church, 923 SE 47th Terr., Cape Coral, FL 33904 with Pastor Charles officiating.
