Virginia Lee Gregory

Virginia Lee Gregory, 87, a Cape Coral resident, formerly of Ross Township, IN, passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2014 in Cape Coral. She was born April 11, 1927 in El Dorado, IL to Milo and Sarah Russell, now deceased.

Virginia loved her family. She lived her life for her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was the type of person that would help anyone. She would buy homeless people breakfast or lunch at Sauzer’s Waffle House in Schererville, Indiana. She was the most amazing and selfless woman imaginable. Virginia will be missed for her beautiful smile and positive outlook on life.

She is survived by her loving sons, Edward Lee Gregory and wife Linda of Cape Coral and James Michael Gregory and wife Denise Robin also of Cape Coral; four grandchildren, Kelli, Monica, April and Jamie; seven great grandchildren, Kevin, Alison, Madison, Rebecca, Baley, Ethan and Jaxson; as well as Mikey the dog.

Virginia was preceded in death by three siblings, Pearl, Charlie and Louie Russell.
