Ana was one of the sweetest and most gentile person I ever met. Working with her at Heights was such a pleasure. Her death brings me such sadness. I wish I was there to hug all of her family! I love all of you and will remember all of you in my prayers.

Ana was such a sweet and kind lady. My family enjoyed Ana and other ladies from Harlem Heights that came to our house on Sunday’s for dinner. Camping was fun with Ana as well. Even though we hadn’t seen each other in recent years, our family has found memories of her and she will be missed!

I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Ana. I worked with her from the time she started at Heights Elem. til I retired. She was such a quiet sweet person. She was so helpful in the math part of the para certification for me. She will be missed by so many people. Prayers, love, and thoughts go out to her family.

I am so sorry to have heard this news from Erin and Rhonda, my fellow teachers at Heights. Ana was always very kind to me, along with Gladys. As others have said, I remember her smile and quiet nature. I wish I could have been at the visitation, but unfortunately I live too far away. Please know my thoughts are with you, her family, and a special hug to Gladys.

I also worked with Ana at Heights. She was a gentle, caring force that made a great impact in the most quiet way. She was a big help to me as well when I began at Heights. Ana was never too busy and always made everyone feel like they were the priority in the moment. What a legacy! God speed Ana. ❤️
