Barbara C. Jensen

Barbara Ceder Jensen, 78, a resident of Lee County, FL for the past 32 years, formerly of Palos Park, IL, and Bonita Springs, FL, passed away Saturday, April 28, 2018 in Fort Myers, FL. She was born August 5, 1939 in Chicago, IL to E.W. and Esther Ceder, now deceased.

Barbara was a member of First Baptist Church in Naples, FL and The Villages Church at Shellpoint in Fort Myers.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 59 years, Wayland Jensen of Fort Myers, FL; five loving children, Debra Gbabiri of Palos Heights, IL, Sandra Jensen Brown (Kevin) of New Orleans, LA, Jeffrey W. Jensen (Cara) of Orland Park, IL, Linda Jensen Flight (Kevin) of Mokena, IL and Keith Matthew Jensen (Heidi) of Palos Heights, IL; a sister, Joan Ceder Barram (David) of Los Altos, CA; 13 grandchildren; as well as a niece, Diana Westgate of CA, and a nephew, Ted Barram, also of CA.

Memorial Services were held 3:15 PM Monday, April 30, 2018 at The Village Church in Fort Myers, FL 33908.

Memorial Services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, May 11, 2018 at Cross Winds Baptist Church, 10835 S. Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60655.
