Eddy will indeed be missed by all who knew him! His happy, warm smile and low laugh are memories I keep of his friendship that began back during Junior High in Kettering and continued over the years. He was a loyal and true friend to so many of us. With Faith and Friendship, Jeanie Roush,
Ed was the kindest person, and a true joy to be around. My heart breaks for Betty and Rosa and Abby, along with all his family and friends who will miss him so much. I pray the peace that only God can give during such a time as this, surrounds you and fills you. Ed’s memory will always be remembered. Lots of love from the Rojas family.
My thoughts are prayers are with you Betty. May Ed Rest In Peace
I had hoped to see you in Dayton again, Ed, but we’ll link up at a far better place sometime down the line. You’re a brother in blue and will be missed. God bless you and your family, Ed.
I am very sorry for your loss. Ed was a great guy, always friendly to everyone he had contact with. I know him from DPD.
Betty, Rosa, and Family
We are so very sorry to learn of Ed’s passing. He was a lovely man, very kind and welcoming to our family and a fabulous pawpaw to Abby. We pray that you find comfort and peace within each other.
Love and Prayers!
Kenny and Becky
Betty, Theresa and I are very sorry for your loss. Ed was a great guy and he will be deeply missed.
Ed was a few years ahead of me on Dayton PD. I liked him very much. He was always friendly and treated me with respect, which you didn’t always get from your senior officers back in those days. My wife knew Ed as she worked downtown and met him when he was working in Central Business District. She always liked him. God bless.
Our deepest condolences, Ed was the kindest man. We loved and enjoyed your company during the holidays. I pray Betty, Rosa, Abby and Ed’s daughter remember the good times and great memories of Ed. Sleep in peace dear brother in law! You will be missed tremendously.
Thoughts and prayers are with the family .
So very sorry to Betty and your family for your loss…
R.I.P. to my fraternal brother Ed Caskey a former Dayton police officer which I knew and respected during his tenure at our department.
Brother Caskey it is the end of watch for you but we shall carry on and meet again as warriors in here after.
Prayers for the remaining members of the Caskey Family.
Ed was a gentleman and a great guy. I enjoyed working with him and the time we spent together in Florida.
Sorry for your loss. I will miss Eddie alot. Prayers of strength for the family.
So sorry for your loss the world is a little more sad with out the light of Eddie. Went to elementary school, Junior high and Graduated from Fairmont East together. I also knew Ed as a Dayton police officer and how excited he was to move south when he retired from the Dayton Police Dept. Everyone who had the opportunity of knowing Ed was blessed His light was so bright!
