Carmen Joyce Johnson

August 6, 1948 - February 12, 2015

Carmen Joyce Johnson, 66, a North Fort Myers resident for the past four years, formerly of Rockford, IL, passed away on Thursday February 12, 2015 in Fort Myers. She was born on August 6, 1948 in Lacrosse, WI to Ardell and Clinton Lind, now deceased.
Carmen was an amazing and loving mother. She was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She was an excellent chef and seamstress/quilter and had a green thumb with no end in sight. Rozee (Dauchshund) was her beloved life companion/master of the roost. She was loved by many and will be extremely missed.

She is survived by three loving children, Christopher James Johnson (Jennifer) of Machesney Park, IL, James Richard Johnson, III (Sule) of Warmer Robbins, GA and Jennifer Renee Johnson of Lake Ozark, MO; loving siblings, Mildred McCauley of North fort Myers, Robert Lind (Stephanie) of Oklahoma and Richard Lind (Lisa) of MN; grandson, Kyle James Johnson of Machesney Park, IL; numerous nieces and nephews; good friends, Emma and Dean Pettit of North Fort Myers; as well as Rozee the dog.

Memorial Services were held 1:00 PM Sunday, February 15, 2015 at Buccaneer Estates Clubhouse.
