Christopher Tyler Padilla

February 9, 1991 - September 2, 2020

Christopher Tyler Padilla, 29, a resident of Lee County, FL for the past 26 years, formerly of Gainesville, FL, passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2020. He was born February 9, 1991 in Gainesville, FL.

Christopher attended City Gate Ministries in Fort Myers, FL and was also affiliated with Integrity Church in Bonita Springs, FL. Christopher was a hardworking and dedicated young man. He loved with all his heart. His smile was infectious and would light every room he entered. If you knew Christopher, you knew two things….he loved his mom and he loved Jesus. Tyler never missed a chance to encourage another. He would pray for anyone without hesitation. He was always willing  to lend a helping hand. Christopher was a joy to know, a joy to be around. One never left his presence without feeling better.

He is survived by his loving mother, Lujuan Padilla of Cape Coral; brother, Robert Michael Padilla (Jena) of Cape Coral; niece, Reese and nephew, Rhett; two aunts, Melba Sluder (Gary) of Cape Coral, and Vicki Watson (Pastor Dennis) of New Orleans, LA; as well as many special  cousins, Amber, Michael, Joey, Christina, Dennis, Bethany, Stephanie, Hayley, and Katelyn.

Christopher shared a special bond with his mini-me, Ethan and cherished their time together.

Christopher was preceded in death by his father, Robert Michael Padilla.

Memorial Services will be held at 6:00 PM Monday, September 14, 2020 at City Gate Ministries, 1735 Jackson St., Fort Myers, FL 33901 with Pastor David Pleasant officiating. Friends are invited to attend a reception, immediately following.

Memorial Contributions in memory of Christopher Tyler Padilla are suggested to Crossover Youth @ City Gate Ministries, 1735 Jackson St., Fort Myers, FL 33901.

The eulogies I have been reading on Facebook speak of a wonderful young man who loved you, love God and was truly loved by his friends and family.     My Beautiful nephew
    He was more than a nephew he was like my grandson
    A part of me is gone. Hugs OMG and i got a lot. Family was important to him. He loved his Moma ( my sister)
    Tyler always knew what to say to correct me or encourage me. He Loved the Lord with his whole heart. He knew script like know one else.. Tyler and my Granddaughters Stephanie and. Berhany would get into. so much mischief. They were always togethter😊🥰🥰. So many memories! Sometimes I thought my house was magical becauce he would set down on the couch and go right to sleep! Poor Bethany they would torment her. BUT she loved him anyway.. Wow all our trips we created so many .Memories. if I could change Sept 2 .2020 and bring him back home He would SAY NO Aunt Melba I am home!!!! . He is.My Guardine Angel Now who else can say they have there own Special Angel He was and is a chosen one of God.. Boy he loved his Uncle Gary ‘s cooking. He loved with his whoke heart..He was always for the underdog. And that boy loved to shop. He loved shoes..if. someone liked.them or needed them he would take them off and give them to them didnt care what the cost
    .He had expensive.taste (😅}. I could go on and on . I keep asking GOD WHY GOD YOU TOOK A PIECE OF MY HEART THAT WILL NEVER HEAL. GOD TOLD ME TYLER HAD FOUGHT THE.ENEMY AND HIS DEMONS LONG ENOUGH! COME HOME MY GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT!!! Tyler has been set free He is rejoiceing. THE CHAINS ARE BRIKEN He had a mini me. Ethan he called him Uncle Tyler
    They loved each other so much..They both have that infectious Smile. I promise i will take care of your Mom..I love you Till we meet again🥺🥺

    Lujuan, I’m so, so sorry for the loss of your sweet Christopher. From what I’m seeing, he grew into a man to be proud of. I remember thinking when we were kids how profoundly you love him and how special that was. Praying for peace and comfort for you and your family.

    My dear friend LuJuan. My heart aches for you ! When you called me with this news it just broke my heart. I have prayed for Tyler for a long time. God knows what is best and what may have lay ahead for Tyler. He was such a precious person and I know he loved the Lord. I remember when he fasted for 40 days. He is now at peace with no more pain. We will see him again. I love you and I’m praying for you. You know I’m here for you whenever you need me. Love you❤️

    Chris was an amazing man. I’ll never forget his friendship which was one of the loyalist I’ve ever had. My condolences to his family and my prayers that you find peace in this difficult time.

    My dear sweet precious son, I still just cant believe your not here anymore, my heart is broken in a million pieces, you were my heart , my baby, no matter how old you were…You were amazing, kindhearted, funny, would do anything for anyone,, and you loved the lord so much, no matter what you were going through, you always managed to tell someone about Jesus, and help others, Your smile was infectious…You had the most beautiful smile, Everyone loved you, and you loved your family and all your friends so much…I know I will never see you here on earth again, but, when I get to heaven you will be the first person I find to get one of your best big hugs….Son I love you too the moon and back was our saying to each other. Now to heaven and back for eternity…I’m so thankful and blessed I got to be your mama for 29 wonderful years and you were my son the best, would never change a thing …….You are my angel now watching over me and and all of us, Tyler until we meet again, I have a million memories of you, I will never let your memory die……I love and miss you like crazy…You are at peace now, no more pain, or struggles…Until we meet again in heaven son…RIP💔💔💔😭😭😭❤❤🎈🎈
