Cody Matthew Lusk, 25, a lifelong resident of Cape Coral, FL, passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2020 in Cape Coral. He was born October 05, 1995 in Springfield, MA.

Cody was a loving father, son, brother & friend. He attended Mariner Middle School and Mariner High School. His smile would light up any room he walked into. His silly personality could have you laughing for hours. 

He is survived by his loving parents, Jackie and Kimberly Lusk of Cape Coral; loving children, Leighann Lusk of Cape Coral, and Ezra Lusk of Pinellas Park, FL; the children’s mothers, Victoria Hilton, and Krista Atkins; loving siblings, twin brother, Cory Lusk of North Fort Myers, Drew Lusk of Fort Myers, FL, and Hailie Lusk of Cape Coral; maternal grandparents, Linda Richard (Michael) of Punta Gorda, FL; paternal grandparents, Benjamin and Florence Lusk of Bluefield, WV; aunts, Wendy Gouyeau, Caroll Burns, and Dana Vargas; as well as two nieces, A’Lacia Jackson and Jozaleen Lusk.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Mullins Memorial, 3654 Palm Beach Blvd. Fort Myers, FL 33916. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation from 11:00 AM until the time of service..

    I am not sure what to say. I am lost. My family loved him as if he was our son. He was a good kid, he was always there when you needed him. If you were mad he would sure make you laugh. Life took at turn and we all grew apart. But my love for this child never stopped. Cody make sure you take care of Lucky for me. Give him lots of love. I know he will be happy to see you. Fly high baby boy. Watch over all of us now here.

    Kim, Jackie and family, We are so sorry to here about the loss of Cody. You two are the best parents ever and he will always know how much you two have loved him and took care of him all these years and more to come. He knows you will keep his memory alive.
