Conrad Constantine Buchanan, Jr.

November 17, 1980 - March 26, 2020

Conrad Constantine Buchanan, Jr., also known as DJ Griff Gotti, 39, a resident of Fort Myers, FL for the past 12 years, formerly of Brooklyn, NY, passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2020 in Fort Myers. He was born November 17, 1980 in Brooklyn, NY.

Conrad is probably the most known for his magnetic personality and unique ability to make everyone feel like the most important person in the room. His passion for music began as young child hanging out with his father who was a skilled electric guitarist and eventually evolved into his own art. What began as an accomplished high school saxophonist turned into a very successful career in DJing and mixing music. His friends and family will miss his kind and gentle disposition, contagious smile, and genuineness. Conrad’s “people” will miss his charisma and passion for bumping mixes and bringing people from all different back grounds together on the dance floor.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Nicole Buchanan of Fort Myers; loving mother, Helen Buchanan of Port Charlotte, FL; two children, Ethan Buchanan of Port Charlotte, and Skye Buchanan of Fort Myers; five siblings, Mark, Tracy, Angelo, Chad, and Ceilia; father in law, Robert Kraft of WI; two brother in laws, Zach Kraft (Sara) of Punta Gorda, FL, and Dallas Goodwin and his partner, Mary Benedict, also of Punta Gorda; niece, Myleigh; as well as Chauncey the cat, Mia the Chihuahua, and Copeland the Pomeranian.

Conrad was preceded in death by his father, Conrad C. Buchanan, Sr.

A Massive Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Details to be announced via www.MullinsMemorial.com.
