Sending loving hugs and prayers from Texas to Florida for Alexis, Todd and Mr Alan.
Dee was one of my ‘other’ mothers growing up in/around West Salem, Wisconsin. Dee always had a warm smile, a caring nature and loved sliding in little jokes. She was such a blessing during such a challenging time in my life. She’s my best friend’s momma and became mine too. She kindly would check in on my family as we all got older, had kids, got married and moved around. She always seemed to keep her thumb on what was going on with us and was the glue that held long lasting friendships. Her marriage to Al set a bar, later this year would have marked 50 years and is a testament to a life partnership well loved and well lived. I’m so blessed that she was able to meet my kids this past summer as our seperate cross country road trips came close enough for a detour and a visit.

I will cherish that moment. Love you Mrs Dee and Alan.
You two mean the world to me and I’m so grateful I took that detour in Oklahoma to see you both.

Loving hugs and prayers of comfort over your hearts as you remember the life and impact Dee has had on all of us.
