Daniel Lee Huddelson

October 14, 1952 - January 15, 2022

Daniel Lee Huddelson, 69, a resident of North Fort Myers, FL for the past 3 years, formerly of Nokomis, FL and Dorr, MI, passed away Saturday, January 15, 2022 in North Fort Myers, FL. He was born October 14, 1952 in Lansing, MI to Franklin and Mable Huddelson, now deceased.

Daniel was a wonderful husband, father, papa, and friend. If you knew Dann, you knew that his friends were his family. Dann enjoyed any opportunity to gather with friends. Whether it was volleyball on Sunday, bowling, playing cards, golfing or gathering around a bonfire, Dann loved time spent with his “family”.

Dann was a man who loved deeply. He always had a special way of expressing love for his wife, children, grandchildren and friends. Dann was an amazing papa. He looked forward to every chat, snuggle, and cartoon time with them. Dann enjoyed having the grandkids spend a couple weeks with him during the summer at Sandy Pines. He also looked forward to neighbor kids coming over to visit “Mr. Dann”.

Dann will be missed dearly. The memories we have with Dann will always be with us.

He is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Teresa Huddelson of North Fort Myers, FL; Troy Huddelson (Corrina) of Grand Rapids, MI, Jamie Davis (Markus) of Ithaca, MI, and Brandon Crall- McCune of Eaton Rapids, MI; mother-in-law, Dorothy Crall of Eaton Rapids, MI; sister, Debbie Kapps of Lansing, MI; nephews, Jason and Jeff; niece, Megan; as well as grandchildren, Hunter, Alexandra, Landon, Mason, and Maxwell.

Daniel was preceded in death by three siblings.

Memorial Services will be held in Michigan at a later date. Details to be announced via www.MullinsMemorial.com.

Mullins Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cape Coral, is entrusted with final care.

Troy…Dann and I were BF when we were kids on Lowcroft, right through high school. My brother Scott and sister Sue lived right across the street. We lost touch and now this…. dammit. So sorry, man, to you and the whole family. Would love to get in touch.
