I miss u David Whiteleather. You were a nice person to everyone, it was good to meet you at work. You were a sweetheart every time I came to work, you put a smile on my face. When I came to work, I would do everything it takes me to do, to go help you out at work, that’s my job. I like to help everybody at work. You were a Special person to me, I don’t know what I would do without you when I go to work. I think about you and I know you are in a better place now. It’s hard to go to work and be looking for you, but god has you now. I will keep you in my thoughts and I think about everyday just make sure you was ok and that meant a lot to me, but you know what I don’t know what we would do with out god. He is good all the time, and he will take care of you. We were always talking everyday when I was at work, and when I was at home on Facebook. I like to make sure my coworkers are ok everyday so you know that I care about you. To see you go like that sometimes, it’s good to go with god because I know he will take care of everybody, make sure we are safe, and in a batter place. Sometimes I ask god to pray for me because I know everybody needs somebody to talk to everyday, and god is the one to talk to if you are going through something. He will help you out with it, you just need to ask God, he will be there for you. Right now my heart is broken to see you leave this world. I just feel like crying my eyes out right now and I can’t do that. Praying for you and your family to make sure they are ok. I hope this makes you feel better, I know I wrote you a book, but know I am in your hands no matter what goes on. I am here for you and your family. You and your family mean the world to me, and if your family needs me just let me know, because I am there for you and your family. This is all I can say right now I just feel like crying my heart out, but I love you and your family 💔💔💔🙏🙏🙏

David was one of my best friends in grade school (River Grove Public), but unfortunately we had lost contact after going to high school. As stated in his biography, he truly was one of the kindest people I have ever met, and would always be there with a kind word….and my memories of him are still vivid. We used to hang out at his apartment after school and listen to various vinyl albums (David introduced me to Pink Floyd; I introduced him to Zeppelin :-)). Unfortunately, we lost contact after attending high school, and I think David’s family moved away around that time. I’m so saddened at his passing and very sorry for your loss. Kind regards,
Peter Rupp (River Grove Public, class of 1976)
