Deborah “Debbie” J. Stevens
Deborah “Debbie” Jean Stevens, 65, a resident of Cape Coral, FL for the past 19 years, formerly of Springboro, OH and Middletown, OH, passed away Sunday, December 9, 2018 in Cape Coral. She was born March 20, 1953 in Springfield, OH to Miles and Audrey Haddix, now deceased.
Debbie was a member of Lighthouse Fellowship Church in Cape Coral. She was a member of the LHF choir and went on a mission trip to Haiti in 2010. Debbie worked as a medical transcriptionist in Cape Coral until 2017. She will be lovingly missed for her gentle spirit, loving heart and beautiful art work.
She is survived by a stepdaughter, Amy Pierce (Doug) of Miamisbrug, Ohio; four siblings, Kay Logan of Somerville, Ohio, Joyce (Robert) Jackson of Middletown, Ohio, Miles (Delores) Haddix of Middletown, Ohio, and Sherry (Tom) Fryman of Hamilton, Ohio; one step grandchild; as well as her beloved dog, Ky.
Debbie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard “Rick” Hugh Stevens in 2015.
A Memorial Service will be held 7:00 PM Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Lighthouse Fellowship, 269 SW 2ndTerrace, Cape Coral, FL 33991 with Pastor Ken Lichter officiating.
Burial at Hill Grove Cemetery, Miamisburg, Ohio.
