Denise Robin Gregory

Denise Robin Gregory, 52, a Cape Coral resident since 1990, formerly of Merrillville, IN passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2015 in Cape Coral, FL. She was born December 5, 1962 in Hammond, IN.

While enduring pain and suffering, she simply pushed through and lived her life. She enjoyed the simple things in life: Sprite, lotto scratch-off tickets, Hershey bars and playing with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 35 years, James Michael Gregory of Cape Coral; loving mother, Carol Dennis of Portage, IN; two loving daughters, April Marie Miller (Jason) of Ft. Myers, FL and Jamie Michelle Gregory of Cape Coral, FL; six loving siblings, Linda Kollada (William) of Chesterton, IN, Deborah Zajac of Highland, IN, Kathy Wood (John) of Hobart, IN, Jeff Bannister (Kelly) of Portage, IN, Carol Abbott (Michael) of Pawpaw, MI, and Patrick Kelly “PK” Bannister, Ret. USAF (Angie) of Cheyenne, WY; three grandchildren, Baley, Ethan, and Jaxson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews; and her sweet Nicholaus.

Denise was preceded in death by her father, Lowell Neal Bannister and a sister, Sherrie Gervais.

A Memorial Service will be held 5:00 PM Monday, August 24, 2015 at Mullins Memorial, 3654 Palm Beach Blvd., Ft. Myers, FL 33916. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM until the time of service.
