Dorothy “Dottie” Rose Stellato
Dorothy “Dottie” Rose Stellato, 95, a resident of Lee County, FL for the past ten years, formerly of Stratford, CT, passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2022 in Cape Coral, FL. She was born April 2, 1926 in Stratford to John and Agnes Sundae, now deceased.
Dottie was of the Catholic faith. She was a beautiful soul, a devoted wife and fun & loving mother, daughter and sibling. She enjoyed a life filled with family, music, dancing and travel.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 46 years, Augustine “Augie” Stellato of Cape Coral; three loving children, Karen Ramos (and Rafael) of Cape Coral, Gary Santo (and Yolanda) of Las Vegas, NV, and Frank Santo (and Ben) also of Las Vegas; grandchildren, Rafael Angel Ramos, II, and Francisco Ramos; as well as two great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Dottie was preceded in death by two sisters, Loretta Russo and Ethel Artese.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, January 8, 2022 at Mullins Memorial, 1056 NE 7th Terrace, Cape Coral, FL 33909 with Father Tom Heck officiating. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation from 10:45 AM and invite you to stay for the service.
