Eladio Luis Lescano
Eladio Luis Lescano, 87, a four-year resident of Cape Coral, formally from Hialeah, FL, passed away on Thursday September 1, 2022. He was born February 18, 1935, in Bauta, Havana, Cuba to Santiago Lescano and Laudelina Cribeiro, now deceased.
Eladio was of the Christian faith and attended Christian Life Fellowship of Cape Coral. Before retiring to Florida, he lived in Chicago, Illinois with his family, where he worked as a butcher in his own grocery store for over 20 years.
An exceptional husband, father, grandfather, and friend, he will also be remembered for his love of animals and nature, which were only surpassed by his wisdom and kindness.
Eladio is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Eduarda Carmen Lescano of Cape Coral; two daughters, Carmen Rosa Mederos of Cape Coral, and Olga Lidia Del Rio of Miami, as well as four grandchildren, Elizabeth Ruiz, Mario Enrique Del Rio, Antony Del Rio, and Luis Mederos.
Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
