    Memory:

Aunt Penny would take Calan and I off Grandpa Jack and Grandma Helen’s hands every summer for a weekend. We’d stop at Publix first. She would order three chocolate croissants and we would eat them as we shopped.

When I looked in panic at her, she’d say “don’t worry—we’ll pay for the bag at the end.”

I’m hurting for you all and will miss Aunt Peggy.
