Very sorry for you loss Jim was a friend to everyone. He always had a smile on his face he will be missed.
RIP Jim.
Jim was one of the first men I met when walking the park, friendly, congenial, and Happy to know that I was from PA! A wonderful relationship occurred as I met Fairy, and then his children when they would arrive for vacations. Always willing to help, he would insure me that my dog would be walked if I had a meeting, or the boards placed on the back of my Fl. Room before my return to PA. A fellow Lutheran, we talked about church, hunting and also Woolrich clothing.
Whisper Creek will not be the same without this lovely man, he is sorely missed. Rest in peace, my friend!

Very sorry to hear of your loss. It has been so very long since I’ve seen cousin Jim but I have fond memories of hunting at Uncle John and Aunt Hazel’s farm with him. I picture waiting at the farm house where we met, the drivers leaving to go up top and Jim telling the lower drivers (you boys) to follow him and up the mountain we went. He must have thought it comical with the young Harris boys following behind almost having to run to keep up. And the time Jim and I went back to retrieve a buck I had shot on the side hill by the tracks only to find it still alive when we got close. Those were the good old days for sure and I miss the camaraderie we had there. We will keep you all in our prayers. Rest in peace Jim.
We hope to be able to attend the memorial service when whenever it is planned.
So sorry for your loss Fairy. Don’t know if you remember me, I lived on your street in Woolrich. I don’t believe I ever saw you since we moved away in 1954. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers, I know what you are going thru. Take care and God Bless!
