Jim started out as just a boyfriend.
It didn’t take much time to realize our sister was serious about this man.
It wasn’t long after, we realized our sister had found the love of her life.
Next thing we knew, we were partying on Lovejoy! I wasn’t around for as many as I would have liked but the ones I was their for were great! In very short order, we could tell Jim had found the love of his life too! Wow was I relieved to know my sister was in good hands. It didn’t stop there, my next concern was for my niece and nephew. I couldn’t tell you the exact year, but it was pretty early on that I paid a visit to Buffalo and had the pleasure of hearing Derek and Deena calling Jim by the name of Dad! From that day on, Jim had my utmost respect and was someone I wanted to know for the rest of my life. Then a few years later, you were blessed with a son of your own.
We had quite a bit in common through the years. Whether it was our talks about the airline business, discussions on politics or our most serious discussion last May about life possibly coming to an end for you. It always came back to how strongly you felt about companies treating people right, your absolute disdain for the hate in politics and those who fostered the hatred but most importantly the love you had for my sister and your family and friends. You had a heart of gold and was loved by so many. Alice and I will miss you every day my Brother! God bless and Rest In Peace!
