James “Doug” Douglas Frasier

January 28, 1952 - March 25, 2015

James “Doug” Douglas Frasier, 63, a Minnesota resident for the past 15 years, formerly of South Dakota and Arizona, passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 in Cape Coral, Florida. He was born on January 28, 1952 in Omaha, Nebraska to James and Jean Frasier, now deceased.

Doug was a member of The St. Joseph Church in Rosemount, MN. He was a good man, whose impact on the lives of those around him can’t be fully appreciated. In every aspect of his life he became exceptional. Whether it was as a husband, father, grandfather, coworker, wood-worker, college sports fan or anything else he had passion for, he did it as well as any and better than most. Doug spent more than 30 years working for CHS; serving in various capacities over the years, most recently as Direct Sales Manager.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Jackie Frasier of Rosemount, MN; two loving children, Dan Frasier of Sioux Falls, SD and Michael Frasier (Delaine) of Minneapolis, MN; three siblings, Janet Blumen (Andy) of NV, Curtis Frasier (Pamela) of TX, and Tom Frasier (Cindy) of CO; two step sons, Andrew Frisvold (Kim) of NJ and Matthew Frisvold of NV; three grandchildren, Ella, Charles, and Kate; mother in law, Sally Jordan of MN; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Services for James Douglas Frasier will be held Friday, April 10th at Church of St. Joseph in Rosemount. Visitation will be held from 12-1, Mass at 1 with refreshments to follow at the church. Interment at the cemetery will follow in a private ceremony later that day. The address is 13900 Biscayne Avenue, Rosemount, Minnesota 55068.
