Joette Georgia Fabbri

December 29, 1942 - November 3, 2020

Joette Georgia Fabbri was 77 years old and lived in North Fort Myers, Florida. She was born in Boston, Massachusetts and raised in Chelsea. She passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 3rd, 2020 after a battle with cancer.

Joette is survived by her sister, Mary Webber; two of her three children and their spouses, Tonja Silverio-Moran, James Moran and Joe Silverio; as well as by three step-children and their spouses, William Dunn III, Miriam Melis Dunn, Christopher Dunn and Michelle Dunn, and Deborah Pridgett Dunn and George Pridgett; and by her many grandchildren, Tia Silverio, Lucas Moran, Shayna Moran, Kyle Carreau, Tiffany Pridgett, Eleonora Dunn, and William Dunn IV. She is also survived by many beloved nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Joette was a firm believer in “this too shall pass” and wouldn’t want us to dwell on our sadness, but instead celebrate her life and many accomplishments. Joette was an unforgettable and spunky woman who lit up every room she walked into. She was a hard working woman, both at the phone company and at the North Conway Grand Hotel. She loved to throw a good party, play and win Texas hold’em and Canasta, and make sure everyone had enough to eat with her famous Italian cooking and secret family recipes. She and Billy played golf religiously when they moved to Florida and enjoyed many games with friends in the community. She was deeply dedicated to her family and joins her husband Billy, her parents Olympia and Joe, her son Jimmy and her siblings, Frances “Frannie” Troiano and Carl Fabbri, who passed before her for what is sure to be a big welcoming party. She will be dearly missed, may she Rest In Peace.

Mullins Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cape Coral, is entrusted with final care.

Want to say how much Joette meant to me. I’ve known her since I was a kid. She and Billy would have us over with my dad, Toby. She was like a Mom to me. Visits to North Conway, Fort Myers. Always great memories. My deepest condolences to the family. I believe she is at peace with her family and Billy.
