John G. Millins

John Gregory Millins, 78, a resident of Fort Myers, FL for the past 30 years, formerly of Elmhurst, IL, passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2018 in Fort Myers, FL. He was born September 22, 1940 in Chicago, IL to John and Dorothy Millins, now deceased.

John was of the Lutheran faith and was a member of The United States Army Reserves. He was dedicated to his wife and family. He loved his golf games with family and friends in Wisconsin (his happy place).

He is survived by his beloved wife of over 53 years, Joan Millins of Fort Myers; three loving children, Tim Millins (Noreen) of Elmhurst, IL, Carol Griffis (Jim) of Cape Coral, and Tom Millins (Jill) of Fort Myers; as well as six grandchildren, Christine Millins, Kelly Millins, James Millins, Billy Beckwith, Talia Beckwith, and Gage Millins.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in IL.
