John Mitchell Fish
John Mitchell Fish, 66, a Ft. Myers resident since 2007, formerly of Stroudsburg, PA, passed away Sunday, July 24, 2016 in Cape Coral. He was born February 28, 1950 in Newton, NJ to Clyde and Marjorie LeValley, now deceased.
John was a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical Institute, Daytona Beach, FL. He retired from the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission in 2007. John was a lifelong muscle car enthusiast. During his retirement, he was an active member of the Moose and Eagles Lodges. John will always be remembered for his quick wit, infectious laugh and his kind heart.
He is survived by his brother, William Fish (Nancy) of Cape Coral; two nieces, Tracey Sawyer of Largo, FL and Kelley Fanning (William) of Hamilton, NJ; as well as three great nephews, Christopher, Brad and Jacob.
No formal services are planned at this time.
