Joseph Mirra, Jr.

March 30, 1943 - July 27, 2022

Joseph Mirra, Jr., 79, a resident of Cape Coral, FL since 1977. Formerly of the Bronx, NY, passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2022 in Cape Coral. He was born March 30, 1943 in the Bronx, NY to Joseph and Mary Mirra, Sr., now deceased.

Joseph was of the Catholic faith and was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church in Cape Coral.

 Joseph was a butcher/ proprietor of meat market “Two Joes Meat Market”. First of  the Mirra family to establish family in Florida, in 1977 for 60 years.

He is survived by his loving son, Joseph Mirra, III (Sallie Mirra) of Cape Coral; sisters, Philomena Mirra and Angelina; brothers, Salvatore Mirra and Jerry Mirra; grandchildren, Joey Mirra, IV, Michael Mirra, Amanda Mirra, and Antonio Mirra; as well as four great grandchildren, Julissa Mirra, Javier Mirra, Joey Mirra, V, and Yanez Wilson.

Joseph was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Antonia Theresa Mirra in 2021.
