Julian was a great man, father, husband and friend. I worked at Norman Auto supply in the 60 and 70 and called on Julian every week. We were great friends and I cherish the time we spent together. He was a fantastic father and friend. Jesus will welcome him with open arm’s.

Julian was almost always around as we were growing up. He was a special part of the Harper Brothers extended family. Part of our lives through working with Dad and Quinton, as well as church, including both McGregor Baptist and Cypress Lake Baptist. He holds a special place in our memories. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Foshee family.

Julian was a mentor to many. He was one tough customer back in the day. Saying the least we laughed about it many times over the years.. I will always remember him with great respect.

My deepest sympathies to the entire Foshee family. What precious memories I have of him working with Quinton and Dan the many years Also church and the kids being friends. Think Gray was Lauries first boyfriend growing up. The last time I saw Julian was at the Page Field facility. We laughed about old times and even how great heaven was going to be. We all know for certain he was welcomed in and is waiting for us to join him. Sorry I was not able to attend his service. I am in NC for the summer. Rest In Peace old friend. We will be joining you. My love to all.
