Age 90 of Edina, MN Born April 7, 1931

Kenneth went home to be with his Lord and Savior on December 23, 2021.

He met his wife, Janet, of 60 years, at an open house in Edina, MN in 1959. They were married in March 1961. They then started attending Edina Baptist Church which later became Grace Church of Eden Prairie. They grew in their faith as a young married couple and raised their children to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Ken loved to travel and visited 63 countries. Whenever he heard of a country he had not been to, he started researching immediately and soon after booked his flights.

Janet we share your pain, Kenny will be greatly missed! What an honor it was when we met him, he talked to us about our count, Ecuador. How he visited and loved the country. We never forgot that. We pray for you and your family, that the love and peace of God will fill every inch of your hearts, but we also rejoice with you knowing he is now with our Savior and Lord!!!

    Dear Jan, Sue and Karen:

It is with deep sadness that I think of what you all are experiencing, having lost my sweet husband four months ago. “His mercies are new every morning” is a verse I cling to daily. His peace that passes all understanding is so real at this most difficult time. Ken leaves with us the memory of his always cheerful spirit – his love for you, Jan, and Sue and Karen, was evident at the very mention of your names. I planned to attend the service but Covid keeps me home for a while. I will be watching and praying as God is honored through the music and words spoken today. My love to you all,

Dear Janet and family, I’ve just finished watching the beautiful and meaningful Memorial Service for Ken and have been so very blessed by the Memories of Ken that were shared… precious memories! My mind is going back to the many times that Don and I shared with you and Ken and all the friends at Edina Baptist. It has been a little over 18 years since Don made his journey to Heaven and God has been so faithful in caring for me and my family here in Montana where I am carrying on a Grief-Recovery ministry to Widows. Jan, the photos that were shown gave a beautiful picture of a lovely family enjoying joyful times together…. all sweet memories for you, my Dear Friend. I pray that you will sense God’s Presence so near you in the days ahead! You are not alone….call on Him for He is near and loves you so much! Sending Love and Prayers, Barb Moore
