Kenneth J. Vieira

March 1, 1958 - October 30, 2021

Kenneth J. Vieira, a resident of North Fort Myers, FL since 2011, formerly of Fall River MA, peacefully passed October 30, 2021 with his loving family by his side. Born in Somerset, MA 63 years ago, he was preceded in death by his parents Norbett and Mary (Travares) Vieira.

Kenny spent his elementary and high school years in the Somerset School System graduating in 1976. For many years he was employed at Cape Dory, East Taunton, MA as a receiving supervisor. In 1991, having an ownership interest in Campus Stores of Mass.Inc. Kenny held the position of textbook manager at Suffolk University Bookstore, Boston MA for 10+ years. Kenny was a true “Jack-of-all-trades” with good ole “Yankee Ingenuity” and a strong backbone. He was a loving and devoted father, husband and grandfather. His greatest joy and happiness was being with his family. Kenny will be lovingly remembered, greatly missed and forever in our hearts.

We’ll always remember Kenny helping others and getting involved in any project that needed doing, We had a lot of fun and tons of laughs, especially over those many years when we were all young, coming up in the business, raising our little families, renovating our homes and working those long, hard hours together. Kenny has always fought the “good fight” — mostly on little to no sleep! We celebrated joys and shared sorrow. He will be sorely missed and always remembered. Our love and prayers are with Lynda, Bryan, Jonathan, Khylear and both families in this time of great sorrow and loss.❤️

    To The Vieira Family,
Please accept my deepest sympathy for the loss of your husband, dad, brother and uncle. I grew up next door to Chris and Cathy; their Uncle Kenny was a great guy and would give the shirt off his back to help someone out.
I’m very sorry for your loss ❤️
