Lu Ann was an Exceptional person. I will miss our phone calls and our trips. She always wanted at least one on the books to look forward to. Lu Ann had a gift of making so many feel a special bonds with her. What a gift for so many friends. Her Family lost their biggest Supporter, and their Hero. She loved her Family always but then first.
