Marilyn A. Healy

Marilyn Ann Healy, 92, a resident of North Fort Myers, FL for the past 30 years, formerly of Shannon, IL, passed away Monday, April 8, 2019 in Cape Coral, FL. She was born March 10, 1927 in Grand Forks, North Dakota to Arno and Alice Lawrence, now deceased.

Marilyn was of the Catholic faith and she attended St. Therese Catholic Church in North Fort Myers. She was a loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great grandmother, and aunt. Marilyn graduated from the University of North Dakota and was an active member of the Alpha Phi sorority. Throughout her 66 years of marriage Marilyn’s priority was her husband and her children. Her love for her family came first and will never be forgotten. In addition, Marilyn loved playing golf and bridge with her many friends.

Marilyn is survived by her four loving children, Nancy Farrell (Michael) of Wheaton, IL, Kathleen Seidenberg (Howard) of Hoffman Estates, IL, Timothy Healy (Kathleen) of Bloomington, MN, and James Healy (Patricia) of Gibsonia, PA; eight grandchildren, Colleen (Juan) Arciniegas, Sean (Courtney) Farrell , and Molly Farrell, Daniel Seidenberg and Katie (Tom) Martin, Patrick and Maureen Healy, and Ryan Healy; as well as six great grandchildren; Liam Arciniegas, Patrick, Jack, Kevin, and Aidan Farrell, and Noah Seidenberg.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her loving husband, James Lionel Healy in 2016; as well as a sister, Jean Feldman.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 am Monday, May 20, 2019 at St. Therese Catholic Church, 20115 North Tamiami Trail, North Fort Myers, FL 33903 with Fr. Tom Heck officiating.
