Martin Ring, III

July 26, 1955 - June 16, 2020

Martin Ring, III, 64, a resident of Cape Coral, FL for the past 47 years, formerly of Coldwater, MI, passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2020 in Cape Coral. He was born July 26, 1955 in Coldwater, MI to Martin and Alice Ring, Jr., now deceased.

Martin was of the Christian faith and attended Open Bible Community Church of Fort Myers. He was a truck driver for over 40 years, and he loved his job and all those he met along the way. He will be remembered as a loving and devoted father, grandpa, brother, uncle and friend.

He is survived by two loving children, Richard Ring of Cape Coral and Danielle Hernandez (Jon) of Cape Coral; three siblings, Mary Peters (Tom) of North Fort Myers, FL, Sue Ellen Russell (Robert) of Lakeland, FL, and Curtis Ring, also of Lakeland, FL; granddaughter, Haidyn Hernandez;  a large and loving extended family; as well as Blazer, the dog.

Martin was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Donna Ring in 2013.

A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, June 27, 2020 at Open Bible Community Church, 17331 Slater Road, North Fort Myers, FL 33917 with Pastor Tom Peters officiating.

    I new Martin Ring for many years before I moved away. Martin and I and several other of friends played in the softball team together ( THE GATORS ) and Martin was a pretty good darn softball player also. He will be missed and now him and his wife are together again up in heave I am sure she is waiting for him at the pearly gates that leads into heave. ( RIP BRO you will be missed )
