Mary and Dave always took care of others. They had us over for dinner after my dad past away. They made sure my mom was safe on Pine island when there was a hurricane. They made sure my mom made it back to OHIO for a visit when they came back. Mary will definitely be missed.

Lots of good memories we shared, friend, neighbor, working buddy. Many fun times playing cards. I still have many of Mary’s recipes. Mary will be missed but now she’s serving the Lord. Prayers and thoughts for you Dave and family.

So sorry to hear this. Dave introduced me to her during a station promotion event while we both worked at WTVN back in the early 70s. I remember telling Dave he “married up”, to which he replied “I’m the luckiest man I know!” If you see this, Dave, know that you’re in my prayers.

    Dave,

My deepest condolences on the passing of Mary. The both of you were such staples at the family reunions. I am glad my father and I had a chance to visit with the both of you not too long ago. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers over your terrible loss.
