Matthew J. Booth

Matthew John Booth, 48, of Punta Gorda, FL passed away Friday, June 16, 2017. He was born August 7, 1968 in Saginaw, MI. In 1987, Matt joined the U.S. Army and served his country from 1987-1995. He was a loving husband, father and son, dedicated teacher, devoted coach, as well as an avid hunter and fisherman. He is survived by his beloved wife of 25 years, Tammy; three loving children, Jessica, Mattie, and Nate; loving parents, Bill and Penny Booth of SC; as well as his loving brother, Dan Booth (Jennifer) of NC. A Memorial Service will be held 6:00 PM Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at Mullins Memorial, 3654 Palm Beach Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33916. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation from 4:00 PM until the time of service.
