Maurice Y. Cote
Maurice Yvon Cotè, 74, a 28-year resident of Cape Coral, FL, formerly of Winthrop, MA, passed away at home Friday, December 7, 2018. He was born August 24, 1944 in Gardner, MA to Leo and Marie Cotè.
Moe was of the Catholic faith and served in the United States Air Force.He retired from US Airways after 40 years and had a passion for boating.Moe had a kind heart and gentle spirit.He will be remembered for his wisdom and diplomacy.
Moe is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Joanne Cotè of Cape Coral, FL; three adoring daughters, Carol Cotè of Mesa, AZ, Lisa Johnson of Cape Coral, FL, and Kelly Johnson of Cape Coral, FL; a sister,Germaine Holohan of Deerfield, NH;four grandchildren, Rachel, Sophia, Max, and Owen; as well as many brother in laws, sister in laws, nieces, and nephews.Moe was predeceased by his two brothers, Ronald Cotè and Guy Cotè.
The family will hold a private celebration of his life.
