Donna we are so sorry for your loss. Michael was an absolute gem of a man and an incredible example of how to live fully and selflessly as a loving and attentive husband. We all have so much to learn from him.

And Donna he loved you so dearly. Even as of our last lunch together a couple months ago in Ft Myers his heartfelt love and respect for you was abundantly evident. He just completely adored you. You were clearly the love of his life in every way and you made every day special for him.

Thank you Donna for your. beautiful example as a wife and also for being Momma Donna to our girls.

Know that you are never alone. We have been praying for you as a family and you are so special to everyone in our family and all of us at TG&B.

Carol and I will be down next weekend and we’re looking forward to spending time with you and just know we are always available until then and forever.

God bless you Donna. We are here for you always. And know that Michael is loving you from above just like he adored you here on earth. 😇

Mike was more than a co-worker he was friend. I enjoyed his visits to the main office; he always had a big smile on his face and made sure he stopped by my office to have a nice chat. We had good phone conversations every time we spoke. Mike was such a good guy and will dearly be missed. My prayers go out to Donna and his family.

  7. Bill Roach of Precise Construction Jul 6, 2022 at 7:54 am

Michael’s knowledge and construction expertise was a great asset to have for the company he worked for at the end, Precise Construction. As a person, he always greeted you with a smaile and a handshake and hoped to share a story of diving, fishing or construction with you right after the handshake.

He will be missed by many.

Prayers to the rest of the family.

I’m so sorry to hear of Mike’s passing. I enjoyed working with him at Florida Cancer distribution Center in Fort Meyers, Fl. and again at Florida Cancer Clinic in North Port, Fl before he left Precise Construction.
Mike was a great PM for me on our projects and in a short time became a good friend, we would talk about everything, and I have missed him since his departure from Precise and will think of him often.
I know everyone has a heavy heart at this time, but he is in a better place and if they oceans in heaven that is where you will find him in time.

Condolences to Donna from the Bavol family. Mike was a very good neighbor and an all around good guy in the many years that he lived next to us in Tarpon Springs. What can I possibly say at this time of loss for you Donna. I will never ever forget when Michael sent you flowers for your anniversary at work! They were 10 times the size of a normal flower bouquet! We couldn’t even see you past the flowers at the receptionist desk! My heart goes out to you. Please know you can call me at any time of the day or night. With love and friendship 💗 Lynda.
