Michael Sean Wagner

October 12, 1984 - April 9, 2020

Michael Sean Wagner, 35, a lifelong resident of Cape Coral, FL, passed away Thursday, April 9, 2020. He was born October 12, 1984 in Fort Myers, FL.

Mike was an amazing father and loved his boys so much! He was a beloved husband, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He lived everyday to be a family man and to make our boys smile. We spent more than half our lives together and made many memories that will be cherished forever. He was a hard worker and loved being a Cellphone Tower technician, getting his adrenaline going. He always gave 110% into whatever he was doing. He will be missed by many!

He is survived by his beloved wife of eight years, Shauna Wagner of Cape Coral; loving mother, Deborah Wagner of Cape Coral; two children, Mikey Wagner and David Wagner, both of Cape Coral; as well as a brother, Chris Wagner, also of Cape Coral.

Michael was preceded in death by his father, Michael Wagner; as well as a sister, LaNette Mickelson.

No formal services are planned at this time. A celebration of life will be done at a later date.

    Man Mikey, I miss you so much bro! We were great friends for over 20 years. We created so many memories. Great, fun, wild, scary, sad… We went through it all. Thank you for all of the times you were there to help, encourage, guide, support, and uplift me and others. You were a great friend and a great man. I’ve seen you give the shirt off your back. You always had a plan lol. I would have done just about anything for you bro. I can’t believe you’re really gone. We all love and miss you, Until we meet again, my brother!

    Im sorry for your loss, i am feeling terrible about the news. I just ran into him last year and he was helping me get into the cellphone tower business but i stayed in air conditioning. I still cant believe it really, im very saddened by the news. He was to young to go, i know ill always remember Mike, he was a great guy.
