Nickie (Nick) Glynn Phillips

Nickie (Nick) Glynn Phillips, 55, a resident of Lee County, FL since 1999, formerly of Paw Paw, MI, passed away Thursday, August 25, 2022 in Fort Myers, FL. He was born September 5, 1966 in Springfield, IL.

Nick was a family man, he always wanted to build a beautiful home for his family and did just that. He was an accomplished Master Electrician with over thirty years of experience. In his free time he enjoyed; tinkering in his garage, playing his guitar, cooking wonderful meals, watching movies on the big screen, casting a line out to catch plenty of fish for a family fish fry, and enjoying every moment with his family. Nick had the biggest heart, always wanting to help others and animals. He always looked after others no matter what kind of help they needed. His gracious smile electrified a room and was always the life of the party with his comedic vocabulary, stories of his travels abroad, or on the special occasions taking out the acoustic guitar and playing a few songs. His memory will continue to live on.  

He is survived by his beloved wife of 12 years, Elena Phillips of North Fort Myers; parents, Virgil Phillips of Pangburn, AR and Patsy Drewer (Art) of Mendon, MI; children, Quinn Phillips of Jackson, MI, and Kole Phillips of North Fort Myers; as well as a brother, Tim Phillips.

Nick was preceded in death by a son, Randall Phillips; as well as a brother, Gary Phillips.
