Ray was totally unselfish with a big heart. Always the first to lend a hand if someone needed help. A dedicated musician as well who played music with commitment. An honor to have known him for sure.

Ray was a great person to talk to and immediately made you feel like a friend. He was always willing to lend a hand and gave great advice when asked. He will be missed here but welcome in heaven and will be playing bass with a great band there in no time.

I met Ray about 4 years ago when his wife Gail joined a band where I was a member. Gail and Ray became close friends very quickly. Ray was always a very gracious man who always pitched-in to help load-in equipment, set-up, run the sound board, tear-down equipment, and load-out at gigs. He graciously offered his expertise in helping work-out music arrangements for the band. Ray was a great guy to talk with; we had many very enjoyable conversations. He always had something good to say about everyone. Ray will be missed.

We new Ray through our fireworks company. He was always positive and upbeat. He truly loved performing the fireworks displays and he was always looking for more shows to do. I think he loved working with the boys on the shows and making it a family affair. It was truly a pleasure and honor to have known and worked with Ray for many years. Our deepest condolences to his whole family.
