Russell Dale Corbin, Sr.

Russell Dale Corbin, Sr., 81, a resident of North Fort Myers, FL since 2002, formerly of Baltimore, MD and Delaware, passed away Friday, April 16, 2021 in North Fort Myers. He was born May 15, 1939 in Piedmont, SC.

Russell was of the Methodist faith. He retired from Penske Trucking and he was an avid Nascar fan. He truly enjoyed camping and riding on his golf cart. He was always seen with his hat on and a smile.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Ruth Ann Corbin of North Fort Myers; two loving children, Kevin Corbin (Lisa) of Accamoomack, VA, and Kim Giuliani (Joe) of Champaign, IL; brother, Mike Moore (Penny) of Charlotte, NC; grandchildren, Cody, Ashley, Alex, Madison, Joey; four great grandchildren, Garrett, Sydney, Kyleigh, and Alexis; sister in law, Linda Moore of Gore, VA; several special nieces and nephews; as well as Chloe, the family’s beloved Yorkshire Terrier.

Russell was preceded in death by a son, Russell Corbin, Jr.; as well as two siblings, Jane Thrower and Jerry Moore.

No formal services are planned at this time.

Mullins Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cape Coral, is entrusted with final care.

    Cousin Russell and I had many fun times as children. Shared many reunions, with our relatives in SC. Great crab boils. Russell was fun and always had a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye
