To My Father, the end came too soon and I wanted to remember the life you lived. From my earliest memories of hanging on your biceps and swinging. You were so strong and were able to lift out car engines by hand. I remember you calling me shakey when I was misbehaving. I loved your stories and the way you told them. You were always hard a working man and had the greatest smile and laughter. The day you met my mom and had two children, myself and Melissa was the best accomplishment. You are leaving behind 2 children and 6 grandchildren who will cherish the memories and life you lived.

Sam, my brother and my friend. It is with a heavy heart that I remember your unconditional love and generous spirit. You enjoyed the best of times with delight. You overcame disappointment with courage and optimism. You reminded me that life is not about “waiting for the storm to pass, it is about learning the dance in the rain” (Vivian Green). I will treasure the memories of our shared life experiences. I will miss you more than I can say.

Some cousins you rarely see when you’re going up. That wasn’t the case with Sammy. He was always fun to be around. My deepest sympathies to his family.

Sam thanks for all the knowledge and help with the Grand Prix. Wouldn’t be running without you. Nick and I learned a lot and at the least Nick enjoyed seeing you for those few hours.. You won’t have to worry about your son. You taught him well.

    God Bless You Sam
