Sandra K. Henley

Sandra Kay Henley, 70, a resident of Pasco County, FL for over one year, formerly of Lee County, FL where she lived for over 40 years, passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2019 in Tampa, FL. She was born April 5, 1948 in Waukegan, IL to Charles and Lavina Hummer, now deceased.

Sandra was of the Christian faith. She was a very outgoing person who loved NASCAR, Fishing and cooking. She also will be remembered for her willingness to help anyone.

She is survived by four loving children, Loren Horn (Sonia) of Cleburne, TX, Timothy Horn (Christie) of Land O’Lakes, FL, Sherri Lynn Braswell (Tutor) of Cleburne, TX, and Scott Horn (Mindy) of Cleburne, TX; four siblings, Connie Reisen of Toledo, OH, Barbara Williamson of Defiance, OH, Sally Jo Reese (Chuck) of Swanton, OH and Charles Hummer of North Port, FL; 16 grandchildren, Matthew, Shelby, Brandon, Kyle, Zach, Kristen, Ashley, Megan, Chelsy, Ryan, Payten, Colby, McKenzee, Ashley, Tyler, and Casey; ten great grandchildren, Grayson, Jacer, Jameson, Russel, Riley, Hailey, Kaitlyn, Addie, Sabrina and Weston; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as Emma Lou the dog.

Sandra was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Shelby Henley in 2008; as well as a sister, Judith Reisen.

Funeral Services will be held 6:00 PM on Friday, February 15, 2019 at Mullins Memorial, 3654 Palm Beach Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33916. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation from 4:00 PM until the time of service.
