Tom Hart – My Super Chevy friend. Oh the fun times attending the car shows together, leaving one event and waiting on the next one to start. Laughing together, checking out the competition, praying we would be recognized and awarded a trophy. Gathering for dinner after a long, hot, dusty day… We became family. The Super Chevy events became reunions. You were always willing to help the then, young guy… Me.

When the shows ended, we still kept touch. Calls to celebrate holidays or birthdays, or to hear how, and what each other was up to, or to let each other know what we had decided to start collecting. Man you always had something car related going on. I still wish I was able to get that old Cadillac you had for sale a while back.

Something I always took away from every time we spoke, was your love for Mindy and your passion for life. I never spoke to you which you didn’t ask my now, late Mother and Patti. You always told me you love us all, and to tell them hello. Tom, brother, we all love you and Mindy both very much also, and we will miss you.

I hear the Super Chevy events are starting back up and I know you are up in heaven, just waiting to get first in line and pick a perfect parking spot for the weekend. Love you brother.
