Thomas Troll Anglin

March 29, 1939 - February 26, 2020

Thomas Troll Anglin, 80, a wintering resident of Fort Myers, FL for the past eight years and a resident of Sandusky, OH, passed away peacefully Wednesday, February 26, 2020 in Fort Myers surrounded by his family. He was born March 29, 1939 in Mansfield, OH to Charles and Mary Anglin, now deceased.

Thomas was a 1957 graduate of Mansfield Senior High School.  He attended Miami University.   He was a member of Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Sandusky, OH, where he served as a Lector and Minister of the Eucharist.  He retired from Brohl and Appell and enjoyed working for Cedar Point in his retirement years.  He was an Honorary member of the Knights of Columbus, Zenobia Shriners, the Grand Lodge F & A. M. of Ohio, Venus Lodge No. 152, Mansfield, Ohio.  He was an avid sports fan who enjoyed golf, bowling, and attending endless activities supporting his children & grandchildren. However, his greatest passion in life was spending time with his family.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Brenda G. Anglin of Sandusky, OH; four loving children, Thomas T. Anglin, Jr. of Fort Myers, FL, Jeffrey Anglin (Jen) of Sandusky, Ann Manner (Craig) of Bellevue, OH, and Mary Sue Yaratch (Matt), also of Sandusky; sister, Martha Pendleton of Mansfield, OH; ten grandchildren, Shana (Joey), Paige, Adam, Alex (Laura), Jordan, Kelsey (Mike), Luke, Jacob, Hailey, and Ella; three great grandchildren, Cooper, Brody, and Giuseppe; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceeded in death by two siblings, Audrey Tallman and Jack Shiplet.

Formal services will be held at a later date in Sandusky, OH under the direction of David F. Koch Funeral Home. Details to be announced via www.MullinsMemorial.com and http://www.davidfkoch.

There will not be any services in Florida.

    Sending my sincere condolences to the family. Mr. Anglin was such a wonderful man. So many memories of him growing up with Mary Sue. RIH Mr. Anglin.
