Zavarius Tyrik Philius

Zavarius Tyrik Philius, 23, a Fort Myers, FL resident for the past 5 years, formally of Sarasota, FL and Labelle, FL, passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2016.

Zavarius was of the Christian faith. He graduated from South Fort Myers High School in 2012. He enjoyed his cars, music and dancing.

He is survived by lifelong caretakers, Earnestine Franklin (John) as well as Andre and Vickie Jones of Fort Myers, FL; biological mother, Yvette Buckins of Fort Pierce, FL; sisters, Lorrena Buckins, Eulisha Besire, and Olivia Beckford; brother, Derrick Buckins; aunts; Sarah Smith and Mary McGriff; the extended Jones family; significant other, Martika Peterson; as well as a host of family and friends.

Zavarius was proceeded in death by grandmother, Corine Goodman.

Memorial Services will be held 4:00pm Sunday, April 24, 2016 at South Fort Myers High School, 14020 Plantation Rd, Fort Myers, FL 33912 with Pastors Alonzo McKenzie and Bill Maddox officiating.
