Linda Jane Wisniefski

Linda Jane Wisniefski, 66, a resident of Cape Coral for the past ten years, formerly of Seaside Park, NJ, passed away Friday, March 31, 2017 in Cape Coral. She was born August 14, 1950 in Elmira, NY to Robert and Blanche Rockwell, now deceased.

Linda was of the Protestant faith. She graduated from Ridgefield Park, NJ High School and the Capri Institute of Hair Design. Linda worked as a hairstylist in New Jersey, New Hampshire and Virginia prior to her retirement in Florida.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 43 years, Ed Wisniefski of Cape Coral, FL and Seaside Park, NJ; two sisters, Elizabeth Malling of Winter Haven, FL and Sue Rudd of Lake Hiawatha, NJ; mother-in-law, Vera Wisniefski of Paterson, NJ; sister-in-law, Joan Mennella of Manchester, NJ as well as several nieces and nephews and her German Shepherd dog, Ghost.

Linda was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Rockwell and William Shaw.

Memorial Services will be held on a future date at the Pine Island Elks Lodge #2781, 5630 Pine Island, Rd, Bokeelia, FL 33922.

Linda will be laid to rest at the BG William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Wrightstown, NJ.
