Oh my goodness, how do you come up with the words to describe Jane’s love for family and friends BUT mostly God. She was truly a woman of God and the love of God permeated her very being. We were honored to have known Jane !! Pigott family, our deepest sympathy. Praise God we have the assurance that she is face to face with our precious Lord and that we have that same assurance. What a day that will be !!

The world has lost a wonderful caring person and will be missed. I remember her joyous laughter at the demonstrations at Deb’s Cat’s N Quilts in Franklin working with Cacia during Shop Hops as well as their other visits to the area. She will be missed.

I have so many treasured memories of time spent with my dear friend Jane.. Wonderful weeks at quilting camp each year, a week at a cabin in Maggie Valley with lots of sewing, non stop laughter, and heartfelt conversations, a trip to the Biltmore at Christmas to see the amazing decorations with lunch in the converted stables, and canning camp at Cacia’s the last year that Miss Trudy conducted this special summer ritual, just to name a few. I will always treasure the memory of her smile, her laughter, and the way that Jane made each of her friends feel special. She was a amazing lady who will be missed by many. Praying for Troy and the family.

I had the privilege of being Jane Pigott’s friend for nearly 40 years. We worked together, double dated, and vacationed together. We shared hopes, dreams, troubles, heartaches and chores. Jane was the epitome of a friend. She was there for me at my lowest and highest times – from hospitals and lawyers offices to parties and celebrations. We canned 1000s of jars together; tramped miles antiquing; and taught 100s of quilters to use tools – we were the “demo queens”. Her death leaves a huge hole in my life. I will be sustained by my memories of her humor, sage advice and great good times together.

I, too, had the privilege of knowing and loving sweet Jane Pigott. We shared so many adventures and great times together. When my Aunt Trudy was in failing health Jane was the kindest , most helpful friend anyone could wish for. I’ll miss our special times canning and endless laughter. Heaven gained an angel..we lost the greatest friend. Prayers to Her Troy, whom she adored, and all the others who loved her.

I’ve known Jane for many years through her her closest friend, Cacia Orser. Jane epitomized all that is good in this world. When Cacia’s mom was in need Jane was there for her at what ever hour it might be. She made Trudy’s final days so much better by her presence.
She will be greatly missed by so many.
